Our Story
Jane’s journey in real estate began over a decade ago, starting out delivering pamphlets door-to-door and working her way up through the industry.
Her drive to understand the ins and outs of property management came from being hands on in every role, not just behind a desk. That real world grounding led Jane to create a service rooted in experience and built on care. Jane started JC Property Management to fill a gap she saw in the local market – an agency that genuinely listens, communicates clearly and treats every property like it matters. Her goal isn’t to build the biggest agency, but the most dependable. To this day, Jane remains closely involved with each client, ensuring a personal and consistent experience. Hi, I’m Rachael Fencott.
I’ve been working in real estate for several years, beginning my career as an Inspection Manager at another agency before transitioning into Property Management. A role that truly sparked my passion for the industry. That passion ultimately led me to join Jane at JC Property Management. The most rewarding part of my job is helping both owners and tenants achieve a mutual understanding that fosters long-term, positive connections. I take great pride in building strong, professional relationships with those who trust me to manage their homes, ensuring open communication and peace of mind every step of the way.
My role covers all aspects of Property Management, and I genuinely enjoy every moment of what I do.
